A Columbo-esque mystery about a detective investigating a rash of "soul sucking" attacks in Canterlot, all centered around an albino unicorn colt. While enjoyable and pretty well paced, the reveal near the end was pretty disappointing and incredibly obvious. So obvious, you're inclined to dismiss it as an easy red herring by the author. The dark magic angle was also sorely underutilized and could have made the final reveal at least someone interesting or allowed the dark tag to flex a little.
