"Twilight's Library" is the sole story of the user with the one-of-a-kind name "me". The story was published March 14, 2012 (pi day!) and is only 975 words (it's so old it predates the 1,000 word minimum). Despite the title, the story has nothing to do with Twilight. The long description calls it "A poetic garble of Rainbow Dash's sorrow and loss", and that is truly accurate. Here's the first paragraph:
>Tears volleyed down her pastel face, an echo. An echo of what had once been, running down, running it away. The tears were running away, they were running away. They, were away, away to stay, staying away. She stayed away because they all stayed away.
The whole thing is like that, a singsong rhyming word salad. This would have been annoying if the story had lasted longer, but at this length, I found it delightful. The poetry is the most entertaining thing about this story.

Not much plot fits in only 975 words, and the style makes the story difficult to understand. As best as I can figure out, the Wonderbolts are all dead from "the crazed act of a pony." Rainbow Dash takes their loss hard, and for a while, she feels like nopony else takes it hard enough. But she seeks out Fluttershy, and together, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are happy. It's not much, but given the length of the story, it's not bad.

Overall, I'd call it 6/10, but how it agrees with you is going to depend a lot on how much you like wordplay.
